Main Courses & Lunches
This is a gratifying alternative to traditional chicken, shrimp or steak caesar salad. Avocado, tomato and hard-boiled eggs make it a hearty lunch or light dinner. A real crowd pleaser with my Caesar Salad Dressing recipe (on my recipe page)!

This is a refreshing lunch idea, served on crusty bread along side a leafy, green salad. I prefer using pears, but nectarines can be tasty if ripe enough.

A seriously delicious Thai treat! Serve with rice or rice noodles if desired. One of my favourite soups!
Countless Saturday nights at my family cottage included steak and caesar salad while watching our beautiful sunsets over Lake Huron. My Mom, sister and I fine-tuned this recipe over the years, and while I’ll do my best to convey the amounts, it’s mostly a lot of tasting and adjusting until you get it just right!
The secret to this is the dill pickles. Adds that little something extra!
The summery flavours in this soup are lovely. Adjust tabasco, chili and paprika according to taste.
This refreshing salad is mojito-inspired, but there’s no rum. That being said, adding a splash or two would be a fun way to jazz up the recipe for an adults-only gathering. Leftovers are fabulous when added to sparkling wine!
A classic salad with poppy seed dressing, which has a tangy-sweet flavour that brings everything together so nicely. Making the dressing yourself is surprisingly easy – recipe included, or feel free to substitute a favourite store bought brand.
Melt-in-your mouth chocolate goodness! For extra decadence, spoon Rene’s Sinful Toblerone Chocolate Fondue Sauce (on our recipe page) over these with a dollop of whipped cream on top.

This decadence can be served over ginger cake or any type of cake, ice cream etc.
Affectionately named as such by one of our early charter groups, this is a thirst-quenching cocktail made with a Jamaican grapefruit sparkling beverage, commonly found in the Caribbean. Jam-packed with the refreshing taste of paradise! Also great with vodka instead of rum.
Thanks for this creation, straight from the Soggy Dollar in the British Virgin Islands. Now a favourite throughout the Caribbean and especially on ARAVILLA!

Signature island beverage to welcome guests aboard ARAVILLA! A new twist to this Caribbean favourite was introduced to us by Elvis, at Elvis’s Beach Bar in Road Bay, Anguilla – add a splash of amaretto in place of grenadine. Adds extra punch to the punch!
