Below are the current all-inclusive charter rates and policies for ARAVILLA. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
Check out the charter amenities and details for what you can expect during your time aboard. Please verify with our charter calendar to ensure your preferred dates are free as well. We also utilize AirBNB, VRBO, HomeAway, Trivago, Booking.com, and independent brokers for booking charters – some guests are more comfortable booking via those avenues and we encourage you to search and find ARAVILLA and request a quote if that’s your preference. Typically the calendars and rates are consistent, however, from time to time there are slight delays or changes. Any external bookings will include additional fees set by the booking sites or brokers themselves that we do not control.
All prices are in USD and clients are expected to cover any wire or credit card charges associated with payment. A deposit payment is due immediately to secure the charter dates and provide advanced provisioning allowances (APA) for the yacht. This deposit is 50% refundable until 21 days prior to the charter starting. 21 days prior to the start of the charter the full payment is due unless otherwise agreed upon, and the deposit becomes 100% non-refundable. We offer wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, or cheque as payment options for both deposit and final payments. We also accept cash as final payment on arrival provided a secondary interim payment is made. Please discuss with us as we have made many other arrangements along the way for our guests.
The standard regular season rate is $1399/night for two guests. Our high season rate, which is between Dec 15th and Jan 6th, is $1799/night with a minimum 7 nights stay. And finally, our shoulder season rate, from May 1st to Oct 31st, is $1199/night. Each additional guest is rated at $110/person/night to a maximum of 6 guests total. If your group has more than 6 guests, please contact us and we may be able to discuss provisioning for up to two additional guests where possible. Otherwise, for larger groups, we can coordinate a tandem charter with one of our partner boats as well. We also offer other services such as regatta mothership and hoteling, please reach out for rates on those as each case is typically unique.
There are no other costs or fees associated with our charters and all St Maarten based charters include the following:
· Captain & Chef
· Queen bed staterooms with 3-piece private ensuite
· Fully air conditioned (when required, additional charge)
· First and last night in exciting Simpson Bay
· Breakfast, lunch, happy hour snacks, dinner (4 or 5 meals typically)
· Domestic alcohol and beverages
· SUP boards & snorkel gear
· Shower & beach towels, soap, shampoo, sunscreen
· Customs taxes, immigration fees, bridge fees
· Dockage, mooring, and marine park expenses
· WiFi and Internet access
· 10 minutes to/from international airport
Although we encourage guests to enjoy the full 7-night package aboard our boat, we will gladly prorate for shorter vacations where required. Bookings of less than 7 nights are typically subject to an industry standard 10% surcharge with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Rates are all-inclusive and we really mean ALL inclusive. As noted above, everything you need for your vacation is taken care of – accommodations on the yacht, all domestic items including sheets/towels/non-personal toiletries, food and beverages while on board (both alcoholic and non), fuel, and immigration and park fees. The only exceptions are meals and drinks that guests opt to indulge in at shoreside restaurants and bars. We also include SUP boards and snorkel gear on onboard, and can organize hikes and scuba excursions in some locations for the more active clients.
