This is a refreshing lunch idea, served on crusty bread along side a leafy, green salad. I prefer using pears, but nectarines can be tasty if ripe enough.

Ingredients
4slicescrusty bread
2tbsphoney mustard
3/4lbdeli turkey slices
2pears or nectarines, sliced
6ozbrie, sliced thinly
salt and pepper
Instructions
Spread the honey mustard evenly over the bread.
Top with the turkey, nectarine slices, and brie. Season with ΒΌ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
