This refreshing salad is mojito-inspired, but there’s no rum. That being said, adding a splash or two would be a fun way to jazz up the recipe for an adults-only gathering. Leftovers are fabulous when added to sparkling wine!

Ingredients
4cupswatermelon
1lbstrawberries
6ozblueberries
6ozraspberries
1/4cuppacked, chopped mint (more to taste)
1/4cuplime juice
3tbsppowdered sugar
Instructions
Add watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and mint in a large bowl.
Stir together lime juice and powdered sugar in a small bowl then pour over fruit and berries.
Gently toss with a spatula then let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
